Our crew was an amazing group of people

Adwoa and Fule Badoe came to Canada several years ago.  Adwoa is a professional Story Teller and Singer and Fule is a drummer.  Adwoa is a well known author of children’s story books and is a highly respected figure at Storytelling Festivals, telling as she does stories from her West African roots with rich language and great humour. They both perform in Elementary Schools throughout the school year.

La’Ron Williams is a resident of Ann Arbor Michigan who aside from being a Professional Story Teller and Singer, has a wealth of knowledge of African/American Heritage and History.  La’Ron also performs in Elementary schools throughout the school year.

Peggy Hobbs is an experienced Music Teacher who for this project was the Script Writer and Research Specialist.  Under her artistic direction the video became a wonderful and accurate reality.

Joseph Gombocz is the Producer for this project.  He is also an experienced teacher who taught Elementary grades for 10 years and Secondary grades for 26 years.  Under his guidance, company budget and support, this Resource became a reality.

Two Animation experts, Brad Goodspeed and Aaron Davis, did a tremendous job creating the visual material.  Kelly Dodge was our chief editor and worked tirelessly in order to bring this project together.  Bruce Graff was our Sound Specialist and his Studio was tremendously valuable for us.

Concluding comments

We must note that this is the first of four Resource Packages.  The same Staff and Crew will continue to work on future segments.  We also have several new people who will be added to our crew.
